    • Possible son or brother of John Swindale of Warden. No evidence other than absence of other parentage. This ties the two branches of the north-eastern Swindles together.

    • A christening date of 10th December 1643 has been entered into the FamilySearch Family Tree.
      This is sourced as a Legacy NFS, explained by FamilySearch as
      "Legacy NFS Sources were brought into FamilySearch at the request of the original submitter in response to a letter sent by FamilySearch in the year 2012. They are attached to the people. "
      I have not found this record but the precise date suggests it had a real source. However neither parent has been named.
      Northumbria record office catalogue lists an item Ref. no. EP/184/1
      Title Baptism, Dissenters Births, Marriages and Banns register, Hexham St. Andrew, Northumberland.
